Hello Bend! There are so many wonderful outdoor activities in Bend! People love to walk, bike & run in this beautiful place. The schools are nestled in bustling neighborhoods with most children walking or biking to school. You will also see many a dog walker at any given location in this dog-friendly town. I was also quite surprised to see so many people out at night wearing dark clothing. I can’t tell you how many times my husband comments about how unsafe it is! When you add in the fact that Bend is a town true to the natural environment, without a ton a street lights, it is even more important to be seen so that everyone is safe.
