Hello Bend! Head on down to Drake Park Thursdays this summer to enjoy the free concert in the park. July brings back one of my favorite events…Munch and Music! Bring your lawn blanket, low-profile chairs, and your sweatshirt and settle in for another fun summer night here in Bend.
Be sure to come with an empty stomach, as you will find a large variety of some of Bend’s best food carts serving up their tasty grub! Deschutes Brewery will be on hand to quench your thirst with some local craft brews & wine.
One of Bend’s newest and most delicious food trucks made their debut this year so be sure to check out Cody’s Catering and Cookshack for the BEST BBQ in town!
This is a family friendly event and a big hit with the kids. The back half of the park is loaded with bounce houses so the kids can jump their hearts out!
It is important to know most of the food carts, the beer tent, and the bounce house area accept CASH ONLY. No credit cards…and I don’t remember seeing an ATM onsite, so come prepared.
Concert starts at 5:30 with an opening band and a headliner. The first show was last week, and Munch and Music runs through August 11. Be sure to grab your spot at Drake Park in front of the stage (or next to the bounce houses), and I’ll see you there…Living the Bend Life!
